What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?You may contact me via email or at the time of the reminder telephone call you can select cancel or re-schedule appointment.

Who do I call to register and make an appointment?You don’t have to call anyone. Click the link on the homepage and you will be directed to the calendar. Select the day & time you would like and simply register yourself. For the registration portion, complete as much of the basic information as possible i.e.: name, address, contact number, if you would like to receive text messages on the day of the appointment, etc.
